Aerie Ferry tour images- New Bern NC

Last week I posted about having picked up a captain job for a New Bern, NC based tour boat on the Trent River.   Now, stepping off our Gemini catamaran is often for reasons of introducing local folks and tourists to points of interest on both the Neuse and Trent Rivers.

Captain Dave owns the tour company and is seen taking a group on tour. (Diann and I were coincidentally on board a friends yacht with fly-bridge.  Photos are good taken from Satin Doll II’s upper deck.)

All the tour’s time slots have advantages as they fit passenger’s schedules. Most relaxing, however, is the last one of the day which often reveals sunsets and twilights on the return voyage.
