There are numerous great restaurants in Coconut Grove. So, if you plan to treat yourself to an upper end food and beverage experience- where should you start and where should you finish?
For a late afternoon view of Biscayne Bay, from Coconut Grove, the poolside patio at the Sonesta Hotel is hard to beat. There are wicker lounging chairs as well as tables along the glass walled railing.

The Sonesta wine list is good, though not extensive. Their Mango Mojito is the best we’ve found, so far. If you time your visit, the sunsets are worth seeing as you sip your favorite beverage.
After you have dined at your selected spot, you will find the Peacock Garden Café’s deserts and coffee to be scrumptious. Jazz is played on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:30 to 10PM.

The bread pudding, with agave sauce, is a must.
